Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible 12.5-hour shifts; schedule varies based on shift availability
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care to acute care patients
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team members to ensure quality care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comforting environment for patients
- Document patient observations and report changes promptly
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in Indiana
- BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Prior experience in acute care or hospital setting a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent documentation practices
- Team player who thrives on collaboration
- Adaptable to changing patient needs and priorities
