Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to acute care patients
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team members to ensure quality care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comforting environment for patients
• Document patient observations and report changes promptly

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Indiana
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Prior experience in acute care or hospital setting a plus

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and excellent documentation practices
