Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, 12.5 hours, no fixed schedule
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care with dignity and respect
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
- Collaborate with nurses and the care team to implement personalized care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comforting environment for patients
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with the clinical team
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana
- BLS certification preferred
- Previous acute care or hospital experience is a plus
- Ability to assist with patient mobility and lifting
- A caring, patient, and reliable nature
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of patient safety and infection control practices
- Effective communication with patients, families, and teammates
- Comfort with vital sign monitoring and documentation
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a compassionate approach
