Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and support with daily activities
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety
- Monitor patient status and promptly report changes to the nursing team
- Document care provided accurately and maintain patient records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana
- BLS certification preferred
- Previous acute care or hospital experience is a plus
- Compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic about helping others
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient care and safety skills
- Clear communication with patients, families, and team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accurate documentation
- Adaptability to changing patient needs and unit demands
