Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and support with daily activities
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety
• Monitor patient status and promptly report changes to the nursing team
• Document care provided accurately and maintain patient records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana
• BLS certification preferred
• Previous acute care or hospital experience is a plus
• Compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic about helping others

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient care and safety skills
• Clear communication with patients, families, and team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation
• Adaptability to changing patient needs and unit demands
