Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: As needed, 12.5-hour shifts (per diem)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and eating
- Take and record vital signs accurately, reporting any changes to nursing staff
- Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Document patient care activities and observations precisely
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Texas
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Previous experience in acute care or hospital setting preferred
- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for helping others
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of patient care procedures and safety protocols
- Skilled in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach
- Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to changing needs
