Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill ICU patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as needed
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate advanced medical equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate and support patients and their families during difficult times
• Document patient information accurately and maintain thorough records

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Current BLS certification (required)
• Current ACLS certification (required)
• DCI/BVP certification (required)
• Previous ICU experience strongly preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in managing ventilators, monitors, and pumps
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
