Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional occupational therapy services to help patients regain independence in daily living skills.
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment and discharge plans based on physician orders.
- Accurately document all services and maintain timely, compliant records.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with state practice acts and facility policies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and families to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance in every interaction.
Qualifications
- A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master's or Doctorate level)
- An active Oregon OT license, or the ability to obtain one before starting
- Strong clinical skills and excellent documentation and communication abilities
Education
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTD) from an accredited program
