Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional occupational therapy services to help patients regain independence in daily living skills.
• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment and discharge plans based on physician orders.
• Accurately document all services and maintain timely, compliant records.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with state practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and families to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance in every interaction.

Qualifications

• A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master's or Doctorate level)
• An active Oregon OT license, or the ability to obtain one before starting
• Strong clinical skills and excellent documentation and communication abilities

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTD) from an accredited program
