Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of pediatric dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
- Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
- Provide exceptional care and comfort to young patients
- Educate parents and children on proper oral hygiene
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or willingness to obtain certification
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience working with children in a dental setting is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Proficiency with dental software and record keeping
- Strong attention to detail and infection control standards
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team
