Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's OT plan of care
- Document patient progress accurately and timely to ensure high-quality care
- Educate patients and their families on techniques to promote independence
- Communicate patient status clearly to the supervising OT
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active state COTA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong teamwork and patient care skills
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Occupational therapy techniques and interventions
- Patient care and compassionate support
- Accurate documentation and record-keeping
- Patient education and communication
