Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans to help patients reach their communication goals
• Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards, ensuring high-quality care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to create a supportive therapy experience
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols to keep everyone healthy

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
• Current Washington state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills to adapt to each patient's needs

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
