Location: Federal Way, WA

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 32
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans to help patients reach their communication goals
- Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards, ensuring high-quality care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to create a supportive therapy experience
- Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols to keep everyone healthy
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
- Current Washington state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills to adapt to each patient's needs
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in speech-language pathology and patient evaluation
- Treatment planning and swallowing therapy techniques
- Clear communication and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Thorough documentation and compliance knowledge
