Shift Type: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate speech, language, and swallowing therapy to patients in a skilled nursing facility
- Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and treatments for communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Document therapy services accurately and in compliance with regulatory and facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure the best outcomes
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)

- Patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Documentation and regulatory compliance
- Effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Clinical problem-solving and critical thinking
