Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
• Take and develop dental X-rays
• Document patient care and treatment plans
• Assist the dentist during procedures
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment
• Provide exceptional patient care with a warm smile

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygiene license in Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Proficiency with dental software and X-ray equipment
• Understanding of infection control standards
• Great chairside manner and empathy
• Organizational skills and time management
