Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and transfers to ensure resident safety
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Support residents with meals and hydration, monitoring intake and dietary needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in West Virginia
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
• Government-issued photo ID for registry compliance
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• CPR/BLS certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts
• Knowledge of basic nursing assistant duties and safety protocols
• Team collaboration and adaptability
