Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that empower patients toward functional goals
• Document therapy services in compliance with regulations and facility standards to ensure quality care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to create seamless care experiences
• Champion infection control and safety protocols to promote a healing environment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program with an MS or MA
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills to connect with patients and teams

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
