Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional patient care using assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
Communicate effectively with physicians on diagnostic results and symptomatology
Guide patient and family education while directing nursing team activities
Maintain top standards of care in the fast-paced Telemetry Unit

Qualifications

Current and valid California RN License
BLS and ACLS certifications
EPIC experience required
NIHSS and preferred ventilator management
COVID vaccination/boosters preferred

Education

RN degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry Unit nursing expertise
Cardiac monitoring proficiency
Ventilator management capabilities
EPIC system navigation
Quick response to patient changes
