Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: On call varies, typically 16 hours Monday-Friday except holidays, Saturdays and Sundays 24 hours

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care in general surgery, neuro, spine, ortho, urology, eyes, and dental procedures
Work independently after orientation to make a real impact on patient outcomes
Master electronic documentation in Medi tech EMR to ensure seamless records
Lift up to 25lbs and stand for long periods while maintaining patient safety and comfort

Qualifications

Active RN license verified via Nursys
Completed ARN 101 training, CAORN certification preferred
NIHSS and DCI/BVP certifications
Proficiency in English speaking and writing
Reliable transportation to get to the action

Education

RN degree with relevant surgical nursing training

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in surgical procedures across multiple specialties
Electronic documentation savvy, especially Medi tech
Ability to thrive independently post-orientation
Strong patient handling skills including lifting and prolonged standing
