Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care in the surgical suite, making every procedure smoother and safer
Collaborate with surgeons and teams to ensure outstanding patient outcomes
Monitor patients pre and post-op with precision and compassion
Maintain sterile environments and adhere to top safety protocols
Advocate for patients, turning challenging moments into positive experiences

Qualifications

Active RN license verified via Nursys
Current ACLS and BLS certifications
DCI/BVP certification
Recent surgical nursing experience
Completion of Prime exams including Pharmacology, Rhythm Interpretation, Core Competencies, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in surgical procedures and patient care
Strong rhythm interpretation and pharmacology knowledge
Proficiency in core nursing competencies
Excellent teamwork and communication in high-pressure settings
