Candidate Pay Rate: $68 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver rapid, compassionate care to patients in the high-stakes Emergency Department
Assess and triage urgent cases to make a real difference in critical moments
Collaborate with a dynamic team to stabilize and treat diverse emergencies
Monitor patient progress and advocate for the best outcomes
Maintain precise documentation to ensure seamless care continuity

Qualifications

Active RN license in Connecticut or compact state
BLS, PALS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
Recent Emergency Department experience
Completion of specialty competency testing and skills checklist
Up-to-date health requirements including vaccinations and drug screen

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency triage and rapid response
Proficiency with ED protocols and life-saving interventions
Strong communication in high-pressure environments
Attention to detail in fast-paced settings
