Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
• Manage inventory, including stocking and rotating medications
• Process insurance claims and resolve billing issues
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy workspace
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure safe medication delivery

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required
• Retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening, mid-day, and closing shifts
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of retail pharmacy operations
• Proficient in prescription processing and insurance verification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
