Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate bedside care to residents throughout the overnight hours
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Document care accurately and keep the care team informed
• Collaborate with CNAs, therapists, and providers to support each resident's plan of care
• Serve as a calm, reassuring presence for residents and their families

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Current BLS certification
• Prior skilled nursing or long term care experience is a plus
• Ability to work a 12-hour overnight shift with a 30-minute meal break
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• A warm, team-first attitude and a genuine love for patient care
• Must bring a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
