Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed medications accurately and on time to support safe patient outcomes
• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care that puts each patient first
• Educate patients on their medications so they feel confident and informed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and care teams to optimize therapy plans
• Maintain the highest standards of practice and regulatory compliance
• Monitor medication therapy and flag potential interactions or concerns
• Support inpatient pharmacy operations and keep workflows running smoothly
• Document clearly and accurately to keep every record airtight
• Champion patient safety every single shift

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program is required
• Current Kansas Pharmacist License or eligibility for licensure is highly preferred
• Prior hospital pharmacy experience is a great plus, though we welcome motivated new grads too
• A genuine passion for patient care and teamwork
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
