Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate phone triage and clinical support for patients in a family medicine clinic
• Supervise and mentor LPNs to keep the clinic running smoothly
• Answer phones and assist with front desk duties as needed
• Prepare exam rooms and stock supplies so providers can focus on patient care
• Collaborate with cardiology and other specialties in a multi-specialty setting
• Document accurately and efficiently in EPIC EMR
• Help patients feel heard and cared for from check-in to checkout

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact license
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• At least 2 years of current Family Medicine/Clinic RN experience
• Ambulatory care experience
• Multi-specialty experience, including cardiology
• Phone triage experience
• EPIC EMR experience strongly preferred
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation for this assignment
• Must provide permanent address with profile
• All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of submission, with no more than 5 days accepted
• Must be available to work two holiday blocks if needed
