Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and make them feel comfortable before orthodontic visits
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to keep every appointment safe
• Assist orthodontists during exams, adjustments, and appliance placements
• Take dental radiographs and intraoral photos as needed
• Teach patients about oral hygiene and orthodontic care in a friendly way
• Keep patient records accurate and help schedule follow-up appointments
• Organize supplies so the team can focus on excellent patient care

Qualifications

• Active Orthodontic Certification required
• Dental Assistant experience is a plus
• Comfortable working afternoon and evening hours
• Strong attention to detail and patient safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented practice
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
