Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, complex-medical, and other diagnoses that impact strength, range of motion, endurance, and overall function
• Build individualized care plans that help each patient reach their highest possible level of function
• Apply therapeutic exercise, modalities, and functional activities to support recovery and independence
• Coach patients through range of motion, endurance training, and functional mobility progressions
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment strategies to keep outcomes moving in the right direction
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to deliver coordinated, compassionate care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a Master's degree preferred
• Current and valid Physical Therapy practice license from the New Hampshire Office of Allied Health Professions
• New Hampshire state licensure in good standing
• A genuine passion for helping patients regain strength, confidence, and independence

Education

• Must hold a current and valid Physical Therapy practice license granted from the New Hampshire Office of Allied Health Professions. - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
