Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient status
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and discharge instructions
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes meticulously

Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Experience in med-surg or telemetry nursing is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients effectively
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
