Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide compassionate care and support to enhance residents' quality of life
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Help with mobility and safe transfers of residents
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic, person-centered care

Qualifications

• Active Maryland GNA certification
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing and patient care principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Physical stamina to assist with lifts and transfers
