Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring residents for response
• Perform comprehensive assessments and collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans
• Document care accurately and timely, maintaining compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine
• Current COVID-19 vaccination or documented religious/medical exemption
• State or federally issued photo identification
• Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatrics preferred
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts including nights and weekends

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Medication administration and documentation proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of EHR and charting systems
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
