Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Thursday-Saturday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in a rehabilitation setting
- Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patient conditions throughout the night
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while prioritizing patient safety
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans
- Document patient progress clearly and communicate with families and providers
- Advocate for patients' physical and emotional well-being during their recovery journey
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in New Mexico or a compact state
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- COVID-19 vaccination or an approved medical/religious exemption
- Rehabilitation or long-term care experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to pass a background check and present a valid government-issued ID for facility badging
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Expert medication administration with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Collaborative mindset for working with nurses, therapists, and physicians
- Compassionate approach to patient and family support
- Comfort using electronic health records (EHR) and documenting care
