Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in a rehabilitation setting
• Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patient conditions throughout the night
• Administer medications and treatments accurately while prioritizing patient safety
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans
• Document patient progress clearly and communicate with families and providers
• Advocate for patients' physical and emotional well-being during their recovery journey

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in New Mexico or a compact state
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• COVID-19 vaccination or an approved medical/religious exemption
• Rehabilitation or long-term care experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to pass a background check and present a valid government-issued ID for facility badging

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Expert medication administration with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Collaborative mindset for working with nurses, therapists, and physicians
• Compassionate approach to patient and family support
• Comfort using electronic health records (EHR) and documenting care
