Shift Type: Night shift, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, 30-minute meal break
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in a skilled nursing environment
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient responses
- Assess, plan, and document patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate as needed
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in Maine or a compact state
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
- State or federally issued identification and ability to wear a photo badge
- Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical nursing knowledge for LPN and RN practice
- Medication administration and documentation
- Patient assessment and care planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Compassion, empathy, and a resident-centered approach
