Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes promptly
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans
• Document observations, interventions, and outcomes thoroughly
• Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine (or compact state)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• COVID-19 vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption
• Valid government-issued identification and photo badge compliance
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Compassionate, reliable, and adaptable to changing assignments

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in medication administration and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work night shifts and respond to emergencies
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Team collaboration and patient advocacy skills
