Shift Type: Night shift, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (12-hour shift)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes promptly
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans
- Document observations, interventions, and outcomes thoroughly
- Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine (or compact state)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- COVID-19 vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption
- Valid government-issued identification and photo badge compliance
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and adaptable to changing assignments
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in medication administration and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work night shifts and respond to emergencies
- Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
- Team collaboration and patient advocacy skills
