Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct nursing care to assigned patients, focused on safety and positive outcomes
- Perform timely assessments, document findings clearly, and communicate changes to the care team
- Administer medications and treatments according to policy while following best-practice safety checks
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families to support recovery, discharge planning, and self-care
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement and contribute ideas to enhance patient experience
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) classification (Class: RN) — required
- Eligible to work locally (this posting is LOCAL ONLY)
- Professional communication skills and ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
Education
- Education not specified in the posting; RN licensure/classification is required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Comfortable with medication administration and basic clinical procedures
