Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor vital signs, hemodynamics, and ventilator settings with a sharp clinical eye
• Administer medications, titrate drips, and manage complex treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with intensivists, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Respond quickly and calmly to rapidly changing patient conditions
• Document assessments and interventions accurately and in real time
• Support patients and families through some of their most vulnerable moments
• Uphold infection control and safety standards in every interaction

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Prior ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced, high-acuity situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Compassion, reliability, and a genuine love for patient care
