Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome young patients and help them feel at ease before treatment
• Assist the dentist during exams, cleanings, and restorative procedures
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms
• Take dental X-rays and update patient charts accurately
• Educate kids and parents on oral hygiene and aftercare
• Keep supplies stocked and organized so every visit runs smoothly

Qualifications

• Current Dental Assistant certification or license in Wisconsin, or willingness to obtain
• CPR/BLS certification current or able to get before start
• Experience working with children is a big plus
• Strong communication skills and a friendly chairside manner
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced pediatric dental office
• A team player who loves helping kids smile
