Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and orthodontic equipment for each patient
• Assist the orthodontist with adjustments, wire changes, and patient care
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized clinical space
• Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit
• Take orthodontic records and images as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic aftercare
• Keep supplies stocked and ready for smooth appointments
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent patient experiences

Qualifications

• Orthodontic certification is required
• Dental Assisting experience or training
• Orthodontic assisting experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced orthodontic practice
• Friendly, patient-focused communication style
• Ability to work the scheduled 1:30 PM - 9:00 PM per diem shift
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
