Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and build personalized treatment plans that help them move and feel better
• Deliver hands-on therapy that restores strength, mobility and confidence
• Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies for lasting progress
• Document treatment and progress accurately so care stays coordinated
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, therapists and aides
• Adjust care plans as patients improve and celebrate every milestone with them

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Washington state (or compact eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Rehab or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but new travelers are welcome to apply
• Current BLS certification
• A team-first attitude and a genuine love for patient care
• Ability to bring a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Comfort with therapeutic exercise, manual therapy and modality use
• Clear, compassionate communication with patients and families
• Solid documentation habits and attention to detail
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced rehab setting
• Teamwork and a collaborative approach with other clinicians
