Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care to patients throughout the night shift
• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily living activities
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and changes in patient condition
• Help patients move safely with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation support
• Respond quickly to call lights and patient needs with a calm, caring approach
• Collaborate with nurses and the care team to keep every patient safe and comfortable
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in California
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Previous CNA experience in a hospital, skilled nursing, or long-term care setting is a plus
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Comfortable with hands-on patient care and physical demands of the role
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people
