Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care that helps residents feel safe and respected
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily living activities
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and report changes to the nursing team
• Help residents move safely with transfers, walking, and repositioning
• Serve meals and support residents during dining to keep nutrition on track
• Document care accurately in the electronic charting system
• Partner with nurses and therapists to deliver a truly coordinated care experience
• Bring warmth and reassurance to residents and their families every single shift

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in Vermont or New Hampshire
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• At least 1 year of LNA experience, long term care preferred
• Completed COVID-19 vaccination series or a documented religious or medical exemption
• Ability to bring a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• A genuine passion for helping others and a team-first attitude
• Strong communication skills and a calm, dependable presence
