Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Build and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that meet each patient where they are
• Document services accurately and on time in line with regulations and facility standards
• Partner with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to keep everyone on the same page
• Champion infection control and safety protocols every single day
• Celebrate communication wins, big and small, as your patients regain their voice

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
• Current state SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• A collaborative spirit and a genuine heart for patient care
