Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care to patients throughout the day
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and changes in patient condition
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Serve meals and support patients with feeding when needed
• Communicate clearly with nurses and the care team about patient needs and observations
• Keep patient rooms and care areas clean, safe, and comfortable
• Offer emotional support and a warm presence to patients and their families

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of California
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Previous hands-on patient care experience is a plus, but new CNAs are welcome to apply
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to pass a background check and complete required health screenings

• Infection control and standard precaution practices
• Compassionate bedside manner and patient communication
• Teamwork and collaboration with nurses and other caregivers
