Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse medical-surgical patient population
• Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms, escalating changes in condition right away
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy with precision and confidence
• Collaborate closely with physicians, fellow nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
• Document assessments and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record
• Educate patients and families so they feel informed and supported every step of the way

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
• Current BLS certification (ACLS is a great bonus)
• Solid Med-Surg and telemetry experience in an acute care setting
• Strong assessment skills and a calm, steady approach to changing conditions
• A team player mindset with excellent communication skills

• Telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Patient assessment and clinical documentation
