Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care to patients throughout your shift
• Assist patients with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Keep accurate records of patient care and observations
• Help create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for every patient
• Collaborate closely with nurses and other caregivers to deliver excellent care

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of California
• Current BLS certification
• A genuine passion for patient care and a warm bedside manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills with patients, families, and staff
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to jump in
