Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed medications with accuracy and care to support safe patient outcomes
• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care that makes a real difference in recovery
• Educate patients on their medications so they leave confident and informed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to fine-tune medication therapy
• Maintain the highest standards of practice and compliance with applicable laws and policies
• Promote timely, effective treatment through thoughtful medication management
• Serve as a trusted medication expert for the entire inpatient care team

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program is required
• Current Kansas Pharmacist License or eligibility for licensure is highly preferred
• Prior hospital pharmacy experience is a plus, but a passion for inpatient care matters most
• A collaborative spirit and a commitment to patient safety
• Strong communication skills for patient education and team coordination
