Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide gentle and thorough dental cleanings to keep patients smiling
• Perform scaling, root planing, and other preventive treatments
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
• Assess patients oral health and share findings with the dentist
• Teach patients smart oral hygiene and nutrition habits
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized treatment area
• Collaborate with dentists and staff to deliver excellent care
• Document patient care accurately in electronic records

Qualifications

• Current Virginia Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR and BLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work early morning shifts
• New graduates are welcome to apply
