Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care that makes patients feel safe and supported
• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Serve meals and assist with feeding when needed, keeping nutrition on track
• Keep patient rooms and common areas clean, comfortable, and welcoming
• Communicate clearly with nurses, families, and the care team to keep everyone informed

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• A genuine passion for caring for others and a friendly, patient-first attitude
• Ability to work well within a collaborative care team
• Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing, hospital, or long-term care setting is a plus
