Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care that helps patients feel safe and supported
• Assist patients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and changes in patient condition
• Communicate clearly with nurses and the care team to keep everyone informed
• Respond quickly and calmly to patient needs and requests throughout your shift
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for patients and families

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Current BLS certification
• Comfortable with 12-hour day shifts
• Strong communication skills and a genuine care for patients
• Ability to work well within a collaborative care team
• Reliable, dependable, and ready to jump in when needed
