Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, high-quality nursing care to critically ill ICU patients
• Assess, monitor, and interpret patient vital signs and lab results to detect changes
• Administer medications, treatments, and advanced therapies with precision
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate electronic health records

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 1-2 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience (preferred)
• CCRN certification highly desired
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in critical care monitoring systems and ventilators
• Strong understanding of hemodynamics, pharmacology, and advanced life support
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate and educate
• Compassionate approach to patient and family-centered care
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
