Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC

Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care during night shifts
Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision and empathy
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure outstanding outcomes
Administer medications and treatments with expertise
Advocate for patients, making every shift count

Qualifications

Active RN license in Pennsylvania
Current BLS certification
Strong clinical skills and a passion for nursing
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in patient assessment and care
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of medical procedures and protocols
Adaptability to night shift demands
