Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care during evening shifts
• Assess patient condition and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and document accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to providers and families
• Support a positive patient experience through education and advocacy
• Maintain professional standards, follow facility policies, and promote a culture of safety

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license (RN preferred) — valid for practice in New Hampshire or eligible for state licensure
• Current BLS certification; ACLS or specialty certifications encouraged where applicable
• Comfortable working evening/second shift hours
• Clinical experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical training may be considered
• Reliable, professional, and able to communicate well with patients and team members

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or nursing diploma required; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Medication administration and documentation accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using electronic health records
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice
