Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and evidence-based individual and group therapy
• Develop clear, measurable treatment plans and monitor client progress toward goals
• Deliver timely crisis intervention and risk assessments when needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care within the facility
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and follow facility policies
• Participate actively in orientation and ongoing training to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Valid California license as a Psychologist (PSY) OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) OR Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Experience in mental health assessment and treatment
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM; willingness to consider 4/10 schedules
• Comfort working in a correctional facility setting (assignment at California State Prison - Sacramento)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team

• Timely and compliant clinical documentation skills
