Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy sessions to patients in the Mental Health and Dementia units, helping them regain strength and independence.
• Utilize the dedicated gym space—stairs, parallel bars, and equipment—to design effective rehabilitation plans.
• Assist patients with home‑care tasks, ensuring a smooth transition from hospital to home settings.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and document progress accurately.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (P‑PT class).
• Experience in mental health or dementia care is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
