Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 35
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and fall prevention
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
Qualifications
- Must hold an active Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire (or have the ability to obtain one before start)
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate preferred)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing, rehab, or outpatient setting is a plus
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Knowledge & Skills
- In-depth knowledge of physical therapy modalities and evidence-based practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Compassionate, patient-first approach
